I am a Creative Research Assistant on the ORIGIN Project.
About
I am a writer, researcher, organiser, and theatre maker based in Sheffield. I joined Lab4Living in September 2024, after graduating University of Sheffield, where I studied History and Politics. I have a broad research interest in politics and history which sits on the margins of and challenges the centre, from queer theory to colonial resistance of empire. Outside of Lab4Living, I work for Chol Theatre, creating community arts with young people. I spend my spare time writing short fiction, sewing, and organising the socialist politics, arts, and culture festival, Sheffield Transformed. I bring all these skills, from creative writing to organising to research, to the ORIGIN project with Lab4Living to produce an online museum to support the mental health of underrepresented young people.
