Lab4Living and Design Futures (product and packaging) were delighted to welcome Ailsa Forbes to Sheffield yesterday. Ailsa is Retail Impact Fellow at the International Longevity Centre, the UK’s specialist think tank on the impact of longevity on society. It was wonderful to hear about the exciting work she is undertaking to transform how the retail sector sees, employs and serves older consumers. There are so many synergies between her work, Design Futures and our research on the 100-year life and the Future Home. A fantastic opportunity to meet and share.
